Please read this document carefully before you decide to request a refund.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The refund policy applies only to software products purchased directly from Atom. If your software was purchased from a local reseller, it is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
- The refund policy is not applied to the following products:
(a) Products obtained through a volume license.
(b) Not-for-resale, pirated, tryout, or free-of-charge products or versions.
(c) Products, or versions of products, that Atom no longer distributes or supports.
- If you request a refund for a product, you are not eligible for a refund on later purchases of the same version of the product.
- You are eligible to request a refund only if the product that you purchased is shown to be defective, such that it is not suitable for any use by itself or with any indicated third-party operating systems, software packages, platforms, or other products, as determined solely by Atom. Failure to meet basic internet requirements to download or receive products by email will not qualify for a refund.
- Atom cannot be considered liable for any loss of software products once they have been received or downloaded by the customer including, but not limited to, file deletion, data loss, data corruption, theft, system damage, drive failure, network failure, or acts of God.
- Providing customer support to installation and configuration by the Atom support team, cannot be considered as liability to provide support for third-party operating systems, software packages, platforms, or other products which may or may not be indicated as product requirements.
REQUESTING AND RECEIVING A REFUND
- Prior to requesting a refund, you must contact the Atom technical support team, at http://www.wscraft.com/support/, and describe the problem(s) you are having with the Product.? If technical support is unable to remedy the problem(s), and is satisfied that the product is defective, you may request a refund.
- Atom will refund the purchase of a product that you purchased directly from Atom if you contact Atom to request the return within 20 days of receiving the product.
- To get a refund:
(a) Contact Technical Support at http://www.wscraft.com/support/ and provide the following information:
- The order number
- Your full name
- The product you're returning
- The reason for the return
(b) Once Technical Support has approved your request, you will get a Letter of Software Destruction that you must complete and return to the address or fax number listed on the letter.
- Upon receiving the Letter of Software Destruction and approving the refund by Atom, a consent form to process the refund will be sent to the payment system. The amount of time it takes to process the refund varies from one to two weeks.
- Your refund will be credited to the credit card charged during your original transaction, or other means to be arranged. You will get a full refund except for the commissions charged by the payment system.
- Confirmation of the refund will be provided to you via e-mail.It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address for these purposes.
